The Storming Camel team will be competing in the 2021 Birkett Relay Race at Silverstone this October. This annual event has been running since 1951 and is a fantastic way to wrap up the season.
The Storming Camel team will include two other cars and drivers to form the rest of the relay team. The objective of the race is to have one car from the team on-track at all times to complete the maximum number of laps in the 6-hour period. When a car comes in from the track to re-fuel or change drivers, the next car will launch onto track to keep the lap tally moving.
The teams on the event will form everything from bike-engined sports cars to classic Jaguars to hot-hatch types as well as more than a few teams of our normal Roadsports and Club Enduro competitors.
There will be plenty of time to meet us in the garages and check out the cars so please come and see us in full competitive action.
